We have decided to work for you and not an insurance company and our fees are often times less than a regular office visit copay.

Established Patient Visit $45.00
Buy 11 Visits For $450 (Makes Each Visit $40.91)
-This fee schedule is for maintenance/wellness care. Does not apply to Insurance/Injury care.
We are providers for Medicare. Medicare may pay for some of your care but they do not cover maintenance/wellness care. We will always inform you if we believe Medicare will not pay and have you sign an ABN or Advanced Beneficiary Notice.
